Halloween is a funny one I think, you either love it or hate it… well, maybe hate is too strong… I should probably say ‘not bothered’ by it. I used to sit firmly in that camp until I had kids, and now, next to Christmas, it’s one of my favourite times of year.
We go all out on the spooky lights, bunting and pumpkin decor… tastefully so, obvs, and I get to watch my favourite Halloween films on repeat, no questions asked. Currently on rotation is Hocus Pocus (original), The Craft (original – again, sorry, wasn’t a fan of the The Craft – Legacy), Beetlejuice and – if I know I’m not going to be interrupted by Albie, Nightmare on Elm Street. All of them. The more ridiculous the better. And the other thing I like about this time of year – the weather. The colder, feeling ‘fresh’ and a bit miserable so you definitely need to throw on as many colourful accessories to lift your spirits type of weather. Which is where these come in handy…
