UK Shipping

All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class unless you have chosen a faster service. Although the delivery aim is 2 business days, please allow 5 working days for delivery before getting in touch. Please note that if you purchase a pre-order item along with other products, they will be shipped together once the pre-order items have arrived from the manufacturers. If you require parts of your order quicker, please place separate orders, thank you!

International Shipping

Items outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail Airmail. Unfortunately this method does not include tracking so if you would like to have your order tracked, please upgrade your shipping on checkout. Depending on where you are in the world, orders can sometimes take up to 21 days to arrive (this is for Australia and the USA), however it's generally around 5-7 days. Please note, customs fees and taxes are payable by you and are not included in the price of sending.

Wholesale orders

The majority of my products are made to order by myself or with the help of other small businesses (laser cutting and UV printing, for example) and therefore my lead times reflect this. I appreciate it’s not a quick turnaround however I promise it’ll be worth the wait! If you have any questions about stocking my products, or any up coming product ranges, just pop me an email and I’ll be happy to help. I'm currently dispatching once a week on a Friday only. As I’m juggling the kids and the business, my lead times will remain at approx 10-15 working days. If you need your order urgently then please do let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

Returns & Replacements

I’m happy to accept returns for all items except earrings (these can't be returned due to hygiene reasons), simply return the item unworn, unused and in it's original packaging within 14 days for a refund, credit note or exchange. I cannot accept returns on personalised items unless they're faulty. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for any cost of returns, I’d strongly recommend sending your item via tracked post.
