I really hope you’re happy with your purchase, however in the remotest possibility that you’re not, I gladly accept refunds for all items apart from personalised (unless damaged / faulty), downloadable items such as patterns or wallpapers and seconds. For hygiene reasons, I am also unable to accept returns for earrings unless faulty.

My returns policy is 14 days. If you’d like to return an item for a refund or exchange, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to your item to request a refund. Unfortunately I cannot give refunds or exchanges for items outside of the 14 day period. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To request a return, please email vikki@heytheremunchquin.co.uk along with your order number and reason for requesting the refund. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. It is advisable to keep proof of postage or use a tracked shipping method.
